Rekonstitution: It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 i1/4g/mL.
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O.
Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

Buffer: Lyophilized from a 0.2 i1/4m filtered solution of 10  mM Acetata-Na, 5 % Trehaiose,  pH 4.5.

Handhabung: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting.
