Produktmerkmale: The HMGB2 protein is the natural protein, with no tags or additional amino acids. The sequence of this product is that of Homo sapiens. It contains only trace amounts of LPS (<0.4 ng/mg protein) and it is tested for the ability to induce fibroblast migration. This product has been tested for activity in a cell migration assay. Maximal activity in the cell migration assay is obtained at 1 nM, or 25 ng/ml.

Aufreinigung: Purified. To avoid cysteine oxidation DTT 0.5 mM is added during protein purification.

Rekonstitution: The lyophilized protein once reconstituted will be dissolved in a solution containing 50 mM HEPES pH 7.9, 500 mM NaCl, DTT 0,5 mM.

Buffer: The protein is lyophilized from 50 mM HEPES buffer pH 7.9, 500 mM NaCl, 0.5 mM DTT
The product contains contains < 0.006% v/v of Triton X-114 due to LPS removal. Remaining traces can be removed upon request.

Handhabung: The product is provided frozen. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended.

Lagerung: -20 °C
