    Immunohistochemistry: (Paraffin/Frozen): 1:50-1:100.
    Staining Procedure: Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50 to 1:100 with AutoProbe III (The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory.

    The antibody to thyroglobulin has been shown to be useful in positive identification of thyroid carcinomas of the papillary and follicular types. Adenocarcinomas of non-thyroidal origin are not reactive.
