Flow cytometry: 1-5 ug/10^6 cells.
Immunoblotting: 1-5 ug/mL.
Immunohistochemistry: 10-20 ug/mL on frozen sections using avidin-biotin system.
This product was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on acetone fixed frozen cryostat sections. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 10-20 ug/mL in IHC. - Kommentare
