Der Kaninchen Polyklonal Anti-WDR11-Antikörper wurde für IHC validiert. Er ist geeignet, WDR11 in Proben von Human zu detektieren. Es ist 1 Publikation verfügbar.
Polyclonal antibody produced in rabbits immunizing with a synthetic peptide corresponding to N-terminal residues of human BRWD2 (Bromodomain and WD repeat-containing protein 2)

Hintergrund
BRWD2 (Bromodomain and WD repeat-containing protein 2) contains 9 WD repeats. WD40 domain, found in a number of eukaryotic proteins that cover a wide variety of functions including adaptor/regulatory modules in signal transduction, pre-mRNA processing and cytoskeleton assembly, BRWD2 typically contains a GH dipeptide 11-24 residues. BRWD2 (Bromodomain and WD repeat-containing protein 2) is a single-pass membrane protein. A chromosomal aberration involving BRWD2 is found in a form of glioblastoma. Translocation t(10,19)(q26,q13.3) with ZNF320. Synonyms: KIAA1351, WDR11 (WD repeat-containing protein 11), WDR15 (WD repeat-containing protein 15)
