Usage: Aceton-fixed cells are recommended for immunofluorescence. For immunocytochemistry, recommend methanol and paraformaldehyde-fixed cells, followed by permeabilisation in 0.2 % Triton-X 100 for 2 min.

Not recommended for: IHC-P
