Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: The antibody was employed in blocking experiments with HEK293 cells that overexpress FcRn. The results showed that the antibody has a good effect of blocking the binding of IgG to FcRn at the cellular level (IC50: 11.4nM). The effect of the antibody was tested in human FcRn transgenic mice. The antibody was able to increase IgG catabolism in vivo by blocking FcRn binding (CN113484526).

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format for improved compatibility with existing reagents assays and techniques.
