Applikationshinweise
- This antibody is recommended to be used in combination with mAb 41-28 for detecting megakaryote potentiating factor (MPF) with high sensitivity in a capture ELISA. This antibody can also immunoprecipitate recombinant MPF. The antibody can successfully detect MPF in a western blot assay (PMID: 24167356, 18394747).
