Applikationshinweise:

ICC-IF: 1:100 - 1:500. Formaldehyde fixation is recommended. Permeabilization with Triton-X 100 is recommended for formaldehyde-fixed cells.

IHC: 1:200 - 1:1,000. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.

IP: 2 - 10 μg/mg lysate

Hintergrund: Background: Lamins are components of the nuclear lamina, a fibrous layer on the nucleoplasmic side of the inner nuclear membrane, which is thought to provide a framework for the nuclear envelope and may also interact with chromatin.
