Applikationshinweise
ELISA: confirmed with antibody (1-10 μg/mL) binding to Grp170 at 5 μg/mL on the solid phase Immunoblotting: with antibody at 1.0-2.0 μg/mL. A band of 170 kDa is detected. These are recommended concentrations End user should determine optimal concentrations for their applications. Positive control: HEK293 cell lysate.

Hintergrund
Hypoxia up-regulated protein 1,Has a pivotal role in cytoprotective cellular mechanisms triggered by oxygen deprivation. May play a role as a molecular chaperone and participate in protein folding. {PubMed:10037731}.,Grp170 is a major chaperone/stress protein resident in the ER. It is distantly related in sequence to both hsp110 and hsp70 families, but represents the Grp170 stress protein family. Studies have suggested that Grp170 is an important element of the protein processing machinery of the ER. Unlike Hsp110 and Hsp70, Grp170 has two distinct chaperoning domains, a classic beta-sheet peptide binding domain, with some COOH- terminal sequence, and a COOH-terminal alpha-helical domain. Like other members of the Hsp70 superfamily, Grp170 can elicit anti-tumor immune responses most likely by chaperoning antigenic peptide and binding to receptor(s) on antigen-presenting cells (APC).,Endoplasmic reticulum lumen.,150 kDa oxygen-regulated protein, ORP-150, 170 kDa glucose-regulated protein, GRP-170
