    Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB (1:500-1:2000), IHC-P (1:100-1:300), IF (1:200-1:1000), ELISA (1:5000). Not yet tested in other applications.

    Rabbit Anti-MADD Polyclonal Antibody,MADD, DENN, IG20, KIAA0358, MAP kinase-activating death domain protein, Differentially expressed in normal and neoplastic cells, Insulinoma glucagonoma clone 20, Rab3 GDP/GTP exchange factor,Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) is a signaling molecule that interacts with one of two receptors on cells targeted for apoptosis. The apoptotic signal is transduced inside these cells by cytoplasmic adaptor proteins. MAP kinase-activating death domain protein encoded by MADD is a death domain-containing adaptor protein that interacts with the death domain of TNF-alpha receptor 1 to activate mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) and propagate the apoptotic signal. It is membrane-bound and expressed at a higher level in neoplastic cells than in normal cells.
