Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, ELISpot

Klon

E887
  • Spezifität

Native and recombinant apolipoprotein E (isoforms apoE2, apoE3 and apoE4).

    Kreuzreaktivität (Details)

The monoclonal antibody cross-reacts with apoE from non-human primates.

    Aufreinigung

Purified from in vitro cultures by protein G affinity chromatography.

    Immunogen

    Purified human apolipoprotein E

    Isotyp

    IgG1
  • Applikationshinweise

For quantification of apoE in serum/plasma samples and cell culture supernatants using ELISA and for enumeration of human apoE producing cells using ELISpot. E887 is recommended as detection mAb in combination with coating mAb E276 . The antibody is also suitable for immunoprecipitation and Western blot.
