    For quantification of apoE in serum/plasma samples and cell culture supernatants using ELISA and for enumeration of apoE producing cells using ELISpot. E276 is recommended as coating mAb in combination with detection mAb E887 . The antibody is also suitable for immunoprecipitation and Western blot.
