Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Detection of IL-4 producing cells by flow cytometry. 5 μL is recommended for staining of 1 million cells in a total volume of 50 μL. Detection of IL-4 by flow cytometry in viable human PBMC. Cells were stimulated for 16 hours in the presence of PMA/ionomycin and Brefeldin A. Cells were stained with anti-CD3-BV421, fixed and permeabilized using 4 % paraformaldehyde and saponin, and further stained with PF647P-conjugated mAb IL4-3 (right panel). Non-stimulated cells shown as reference (left panel). The dot plot derives from gated events of typical lymphocyte characteristics in forward and side light scatter. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACSVerse system.
