  • Applikationshinweise
    Detection of IFN-γ producing cells by flow cytometry. 5 μL is recommended for staining of 1 million cells in a total volume of 50 μL. Detection of IFN-γ by flow cytometry in viable bovine PBMC. Cells were stimulated for 16 hours in the presence of PHA and Brefeldin A. Cells were then fixed and permeabilized using 4 % paraformaldehyde and saponin, and subsequently stained with MT307-PF647P (left panel). The specificity of MT307-PF647P was demonstrated by pre-incubating the antibody with recombinant bovine IFN-γ prior to staining of PBMC (middle panel). Matched isotype control antibody (right panel). The histogram derives from gated events of typical lymphocyte characteristics in forward and side light scatter. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACSVerse system.
