Verwendungszweck: CD51 / Integrin V Antibody

Spezifität: Integrins are heterodimers composed of noncovalently associated transmembrane both receptor clustering and ligand occupancy are necessary for the activation of integrin-mediated responses. In addition to mediating cell adhesion and cytoskeletal organization, integrins function as signaling receptors. Signals transduced by integrins play a role in many biological processes, including cell growth, differentiation, migration and apoptosis.

Applikationshinweise:

Positive Control: Squamous cells, A375M melanoma cells. A549 cells.

Known Application: ELISA (For coating use Ab at 1-5 μg/mL, order Ab without BSA), Flow Cytometry (0.5-1 μg/million cells), Immunofluorescence (1-2 μg/mL), Western Blot (0.5-1 μg/mL), Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined.
