Spezifität: GATA-3 is a zinc finger transcription factor and plays an important role in promoting and directing cell proliferation, development, and differentiation in many tissues and cell types. GATA-3 expression is primarily seen in breast and urothelial carcinomas.'Therefore, GATA3 antibody can be useful in the identification of unknown primary carcinoma when carcinomas of the breast or bladder are a possibility.

Applikationshinweise:

Positive Control: MCF-7 or T47D cells. Breast or Bladder Carcinoma.

Known Application: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed) (1-2 μg/mL for 30 min at RT)(Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes)Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined.
