Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Dot Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:20 if Peroxidase labeled secondary is used. If FITC is used dilute 1:10. Not tested on paraffin. ELISA: Native human collagen II. Dot Blot: Native human collagen II.
