Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Uterus shows granular staining in the apical cytoplasm of the endometrial gland. Recommended concentration, 2-4 μg/mL.

Western Blot: Approx 40 kDa band observed in Human Uterus lysates (calculated MW of 39.8 kDa according to NP_003005.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
