Applikationshinweise:

Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave bands at approx 90 kDa and 70 kDa in lysates of cell lines A431 and HeLa after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
