Spezifität
- Inorganic Pyrophosphatase is isolated and purified from Yeast. The reagents were evaluated for potency, purity and specificity using most or all of the following techniques: Immunoelectrophoresis, Cross-Immunoelectrophoresis, Single Radial Immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony), block titration, ELISA, Immunoblotting and enzyme inhibition. Cross-reactivities against enzymes of other sources may occur but have not been determined.

Hintergrund
- Pyrophosphatase 1 (PPA1) is a member of the inorganic pyrophosphatase (PPase) family. PPases catalyze the hydrolysis of pyrophosphate to inorganic phosphate, which is important for the phosphate metabolism of cells.Synonyms: IOPPP, Inorganic pyrophosphatase, PP, PPase, Pyrophosphate phospho-hydrolase
