Rekonstitution: Restore by adding 0.5 mL of sterile distilled water, Prepare working dilutions by adding sterile phosphate buffered saline (PBS, ph 7.2) and preferably use the same day.

Hintergrund: Butyrylcholinesterase is synthetizised in the liver, and is predominantly found in serum, liver and pancreas. This enzyme is a tetrameric glycoprotein (molecular mass of 350 kDa), and consists of four subunits.
