Applikationshinweise: Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: Use at 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human and mouse sFRP-3. The detection limit for sFRP-3 is ~0.12 ng/well. Western Blot: Use at 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human and mouse sFRP-3. The detection limit for sFRP-3 is ~2 ng/lane and ~20 ng/lane under. non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively.
