  • Applikationshinweise
    Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approx 70 kDa band observed in Rat Spleen and Testis lysates(calculated MW of 66.0 kDa according to NP_958797.2). Additional bands of unknownidentity was also consistently observed at 28+20 kDa. These bands were successfullyblocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. We would appreciate any feedbackfrom people in the field - have any such results been reported with otherantibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
    Other applications not tested.
    Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    Sall4 is a probable transcription factor. Defects in Sall4 are the cause of Okihiro syndrome, also known as Duane radial ray syndrome (DRRS). It is a disorder characterized by the association of forearm malformations with Duane retraction syndrome.
