Usage: Suitable for ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Indirect ELISA: >1:100000. Coat antigen onto plate followed by addition of primary antibody with detection by anti-mouse secondary antibody. Immunohistochemistry: Suitable for use on freshly fixed frozen sections tissue sections. Not tested on paraffin sections.
