Applikationshinweise: ELISA (1/100 and 1/600). Has been used in a simple ELISA using 1 g of antigen coated perwell, using alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-sheep for detection. All incubations at18C using pNPP substrate, with OD measurements at 405 nm.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
