Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL. Use 10 μL to label 1-5x10^5 cells in a total volume 200 μL. Validated using A172 cells fixed first with 4 % paraformaldehyde and 0.1 % saponin in PBS. Immunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL. A172 cells were fixed with PBS containing 4 % paraformaldehyde and blocked with PBS containing 10 % normal donkey serum, 0.1 % Triton X-100 and 1 % BSA.
