Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1.0 μg/mL The detection limit is ~3 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL Using a colorimetric detection system the detection limit is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 8 μg/mL Used to detect WIF-1 in paraffin-embedded human breast and lung tissue sections.
