Approved: Flo (25 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Flow Cytometry. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Detection limit is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL, 10 μL labels 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume 200 μL. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
