Applikationshinweise: IRMA. Radioimmunoassays: >1/50,000 initial dilution in 125I RIA overnight assay. ELISA: Has been used for coating and also as a capture antibody in a two site assay inconjunction with other monoclonal antibodies.

Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Glycoprotein hormones are heterodimers consisting of a common alpha subunit and an unique beta subunit which confers biological specificity.
