Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL, The detection limit is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. In this format, this antibody shows ~60 % cross-reactivity with rhsFRP-3. Immunohistochemistry: 2-5 μg/mL, Will detect sFRP-3 in cells and tissues. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
