Applikationshinweise: Approved: WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Used with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human and mouse sFRP-3. The detection limit for rhsFRP-3 and rmsFRP-3 is 5 ng/lane and 50 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
