Applikationshinweise: Approved: ELISA, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Using plates coated with 100 μL/well of the capture antibody at 1-2 μg/mL with 100 μL/well of the detection antibody at 200-400 ng/mL. ELISA sample volumes of 100 μL with a range of 93.8-6000pg/mL can be obtained. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
