Applikationshinweise: Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), IHC (10 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL. The detection limit for rhHAND2 and rmHAND2 is approximately 1.3 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. The detection limit for rhHAND2 and rmHAND2 is approximately 25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 10 μg/mL to detect HAND2 in mouse embryos. Cells were fixed with PBS containing 4 % paraformaldehyde and blocked with PBS containing 10 % normal donkey serum, 0.1 % Triton X-100, and 1 % BSA. After blocking, cells were incubated with diluted primary antibody followed by NorthernLights 557-coupled anti-goat IgG at RT in the dark. Between each step, cells were washed with PBS containing BSA.
