Applikationshinweise:

Western Blot: Approx 48 kDa band observed in Human Brain (Frontal Cortex), Mouse Brain and Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 47.5 kDa according to NP_001516.1 and NP_001517.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
