- GDE1 antibody can be used for detection of GDE1 by ELISA at 1:62500. GDE1 antibody can be used for detection of GDE1 by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

- GDE1 has glycerophosphoinositol phosphodiesterase activity. It has little or no activity towards glycerophosphocholine. GDE1 activity can be modulated by G-protein signaling pathways.
