Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: A 1:50 dilution will block 60-70 % of CTLL proliferative response to 50 units of recombinant human IL-2. This antibody will also block 70-80 % of MLR. Suitable for use in ELISA (1:5.000). Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Format: Lyophilized

Rekonstitution: Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of water. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use.
