Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Western Blot: 0.5-2.0 μg/mL. Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL. Use 20-40 μL of antibody for 1-2x10^5 cells in a total volume of 400-500 μL. Visualize with appropriate secondary antibodies. ELISA: 1:5000-1:50000.
