Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Elephant, Panda, Bat, Bovine, Dog, Horse, Pig, Opossum, Turkey, Chicken, Platypus, Xenopus, Seabass, Stickleback, Pufferfish, Zebrafish, Drosophila, Mosquito (100%).

    Aufreinigung

    Protein A purified

    Immunogen

Synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of bovine Gs alpha (RMHLRQYELL) (KLH). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Elephant, Panda, Bat, Bovine, Dog, Horse, Pig, Opossum, Turkey, Chicken, Platypus, Xenopus, Seabass, Stickleback, Pufferfish, Zebrafish, Drosophila, Mosquito (100%).

Type of Immunogen: Synthetic peptide - KLH conjugated

  • Applikationshinweise

    Approved: ICC (1:100), IP, WB (1:500 - 1:1000)

Usage: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000 detected both forms of Gs alpha as a doublet in 20 μg of rat brain microsomal preparation. Rat brain microsomal preparation was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with LS-C24097 (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit and a chemiluminescence detection system.Immunoprecipitation: 2 μL immunoprecipitates Gs alpha(45kD) from 500 μg of solubilized CHO and mouse brain membrane preparations.Immunocytochemistry: 1:200 detected Gs alpha in 3T3 cells fixed for 3 minutes with 100 % ice-cold acetone.Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
