Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10000. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues): 1:1000-1:10000. The staining intensity of formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissues may be significantly improved by the pretreatment of: 1. Formic acid (70 % ) for 10-30 minutes at RT. 2. HIER (Heat Induced Epitope Retrieval) with buffers. -
