Western Blot: 1-5 μg/mL, in conjunction with IgG (AP) GtxRt has been found to enable detection of 100 ng/ lane of recombinant human G-CSF under reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
