Approved: ELISA, Flo, IF, Neut, SwELISA, WB
Usage: ELISA Capture: Useful as a capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying human IL-13 protein levels.1, 2 Purified antibody should be paired with biotinylated antibody (Cat. Immunofluorescence/. Flow Cytometry: Useful for intracytoplasmic staining and flow cytometric analysis to identify and enumerate IL-13-positive cells within mixed cell populations. Recombinant human IL-13, or Rat IgG1 should be used as a specificity control. Western Blot: Useful for Western blot applications. A concentration of 1-5 μg/mL (in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig) has been found to enable detection of 100 ng/lane of recombinant human IL-13 under reducing conditions. Neutralization: The LE/AF form can be used for neutralizing human IL-13 bioactivity. A suitable LE/AF Rat IgG1 should be used as an isotype control. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
