Spezifität
- Specific for Dopamine Receptor D4. Mouse Dopamine receptor D4 is a 387 aa, G-protein coupled and transmembrane receptor protein. The immunogen peptide shows no significant homology with other dopamine receptors (D1, D2, D3 or D5). Species Reactivity: the immunogen peptide shows sequence homology of 90 % with rat and human D4 receptors.

Applikationshinweise

Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), WB (1 - 10 μg/mL)
Usage: Western blot: 1-10 μg/mL (Chemiluminescence technique). Approximately 100-400 μg of membrane protein/lane should be loaded to visualize the receptor band. Immunohistochemistry: Has not been tested. It is recommended that the antibody be used at 1-20 μg/mL on paraformaldehyde fixed sections. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL (1 μg/mL immunogen peptide/well). -
