Applikationshinweise
-
Approved: IP, WB
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit (HRP) secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system. Pyk2 has a MW of approximately 116kD as calculated from the amino acid sequence deduced from the complete human cDNA. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg detected Pyk2 from 500 μg of mouse brain cytosolic RIPA lysate. -
