Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: Reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate MLLC from nuclear extracts. The N-terminal fragment, MLLN (300kD), is also co-immunoprecipitated by this antibody.
