Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Approved: IHC (1 μg/mL), IP, WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Supershift. Immunohistochemistry: 1 μg/mL gives positive nuclear immunostaining for Kaiso in NIH 3T3 cells fixed with 100 % methanol. Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL detects Kaiso in RIPA lysates from 3T3/A31 cells. 3T3/A31 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Kaiso (2 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 2-5 μg immunoprecipitates Kaiso from RIPA lysates from NIH 3T3 cells.1, 3. Supershift: Supershifts a specific methyl-CpG complex.
