Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 4-8 μg/mL for 30 minutes at RT. No pretreatment/antigen retrieval required for staining. Positive control: Conditioned, serum-free medium from (TPA-treated) human.
