Applikationshinweise: Approved: IHC, IHC-P (1:80 - 1:100)

Usage: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections): Recommended dilution - 1:80 - 1:100. Pretreatment: Heat retrieval in 0.01M citrate buffer,  pH 6 (microwave oven). Incubation: 1h at RT. Positive tissue - thyroid gland, follicular adenoma.
