Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rhDLL3 is ~25 ng/lane under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5-50 fold. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. The detection limit for rhDLL3 is ~6 ng/well.
