Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: NT-proBNP and proBNP immunoassay. All MAbs are working in Western Blotting. Best pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate): 15F11 – 24E11, 15C4 – 29D12, 15C4 – 13G12, 15C4 – 18H5. These pairs recognize the antigen in blood of patients with heart failure, unstable angina and myocardial infarction. MAbs specific to peptides 5-12 (MAb 29D12) and 13-27 (MAbs 15F11, 13G12, 18H5, 7B5, 16F3) recognize circulating proBNP and can be used for the development of quantitative proBNP assays in pairs with anti-BNP MAbs (Cat.# 4BNP2). The best pairs (coating – conjugate): 50E1 (Cat.# 4BNP2) – 16F3 (Cat.# 4NT1) 50E1 (Cat.# 4BNP2) – 18H5 (Cat.# 4NT1) 7B5 (Cat. # 4NT1) – 2G9 (Cat. # 4BNP2).
